Leaving for New York!

Today, we're leaving to go to New York for team building. This is really exciting since I love my team and I've never been to NYC! The next two weeks are going to be full of work, but also a lot of fun times and some sightseeing.

Hey everyone! This is my blog for my trip to Africa with Experience Mission. Today I'm still in Fort Wayne, IN at the end of training. My team leaves for New York tomorrow for team building. I ask for prayers for safety as it will be about a 10 hour drive.
Training itself was really fun, both with getting to know my team and the various activities we had to do. We trained right along side another Immersion team going to the Caribbean. They're coming with us to New York as well, so it's going to be hard saying goodbye when we both depart for our respective trips.
Right now, we're starting a time of worship by the fireplace in the place we stay, so I have to go now. I'll try to give you all as many updates as I can, but when I get to Africa it will likely be sporadic. #liveyourmission
